The results page presents each lead as a card with a score, an issues summary, and contact details. Knowing how to read these cards turns raw data into actionable sales opportunities.
Reading Your Results
After a search completes, you'll see a list of lead cards. Each card contains:
- Score (0–100) — a composite score measuring how good a lead this is. Higher scores mean the business has more (or more severe) SEO problems, making them more likely to need your services. Scores above 70 are strong leads; above 85 are hot prospects.
- Issues Summary — a concise list of the SEO problems found on the site: missing meta descriptions, broken links, slow page speed, no SSL certificate, and more. Each issue is a conversation starter for your pitch.
- Contact Information — email addresses, phone numbers, and LinkedIn profiles where available. LeadRanks pulls these from the website and public sources.
- AI Insights — a short paragraph explaining why this business needs help and how to approach them. These are generated by analyzing the issues in context.
Prioritizing Leads
Sort by score to tackle the hottest leads first. A score of 92 with "no SSL, missing meta descriptions, 4 broken links" is a much better opportunity than a score of 45 with "minor heading structure issues."
Score is a relative measure. A score of 80 in one search might not equal 80 in another — it's calibrated per search based on the range of issues found.
